13. Payment and Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the workshop begins.

• No refunds are granted after a workshop has started or for no-shows without prior notice.

General Provisions
The language of these terms is Arabic. In case of conflict with an English translation, the Arabic version will prevail.
